Painted Stork  
This one is a large beautiful bird with a bright orange beak and a predominantly white body and long legs (typical of all storks). I somehow got too close to it and as a result could only get his head in the frame. And a dark background completely out of focus helped me get this studio-like setting in the wild. I still don't know how I managed to get a stable photograph like this inspite of being on a boat.

Wow, that's an excellent photo.

By the way - this is Rahul - I don't think you'll know me, but I was a year junior to you in Cottons (I was there only for 11th and 12th, though). Just saw your photos, and there are so many spectacular shots - keep 'em coming :)
