Lake Manyara was a short stopover on the way to the Serengeti from the town of Arusha. We had just enough time there to used to time, weather and the cameras before we headed out to the mighty Serengeti. Here are a few photographs from the place

So lovely! My favorite is the sunbird. One just doesn't see that sort of thing around here!

Sunbirds are to the old world what Hummingbirds are to the new world!

The laughing dove laughs at everyone from Africa to Asia! It is a common bird in India too.
