Bryce Canyon - part 1  
The native inhabitants of the Bryce Canyon - the Paiute people - believed the hoodoos were once people, but then turned into stone by the Coyote! If you've been to Bryce you'll realize why they believed so.

A big weekend should be enough for you guys to go there I think. It's a much longer drive from the SF area.

I tried to capture the vastness of the Canyon too and found it difficult and I'm still not sure if I have a right photograph. Those places are amazing!

EXXXXXCELLLLLENT PHOTOS. Bryce is so beautiful. If you ever get the chance go to Mesa Verde....it is worth the drive.

I was looking at Mesa Verde and Monument valley in the guide book and drooling about the Ameican southwest during the travel. More time. More time! :)
