Mt. Pandim Hotel
The place I stayed in Pelling was managed by the Sikkim tourism department, and just like all government establishments they had the best place in town to put up a hotel. And just unlike most government establishments, they had some really friendly people running the place! I'm really glad that I stayed in this hotel since the view of the greater Himalayan range from here was truly magnificient. Of course, being high up there meant the coldest temperatures I've ever been in my life, but it was worth it and I'll surely go there again. Some day.

Another early morning. Mt. Kabru in the middle and Kanchendzonga on the right.

That's how it really looks up in those mountains

Amazing view, is it easy to get rooms in that hotel or did you have to use influence. This place is worth all the effort i guess.

I think it's easy to get rooms there during off-season. But like any place, it's best to book it well in advance. I had finished off my bookings a month before I went there.
